Grab Lorry For Cancer Research

The newest addition to our fleet of grab lorries is a real head-turner, and one which holds a special place in our hearts. Ryan Colson had the idea to switch it up from our distinctive red & white branding in order to honour a charity that means a great deal to him and the Colson family.

Decorated in the colours of Cancer Research UK, it’s not only one of the finest looking lorries on the road, but each job carried out in this vehicle raises more money for charity.

10% of the vehicle’s daily earnings will be donated to Cancer Research and NHS funds.

We would like to shoutout our amazing sponsors who have made donations to Cancer Research and earned themselves a sticker on the lorry! These are:

💗 Ashfield Signs
💗 Plaza Building
💗 Oakfield Construction
💗 MV Commercial
💗 Aztec Oils
💗 Digraph
💗 LA Lightbars
💗 Wasteaway Nationwide

Ellie Colson said:

“We at Colson’s are huge supporters of Cancer Research UK, especially after being personally affected by this horrendous disease. We understand how devastating it can be, not only for the person with the disease, but for everyone else around them.”

“The idea was driven by Ryan, who wanted to give back to a charity that had provided such amazing support. Thank you to all who have sponsored the vehicle and enabled this to become a reality.”

A tribute to our amazing NHS

The special edition vehicle would not have been complete without including a tribute to our incredible NHS. The Covid 19 pandemic has highlighted how amazing our frontline NHS workers are and how lucky we are to have them.

The funds raised daily will be split between being donated to Cancer Research and to the NHS.

Have you spotted it out on the roads?

This grab lorry is a one-off so if you spot it driving around, make sure to take a picture (safely of course)! We love seeing these pictures sent in to us on social media and the best ones will get a feature.
